Easy 20 Minute Workout

If you’re a beginner, working out can be intimidating and cause you not to get physically active throughout the day. However, now with this short simple and fun workout, working out never felt so easy. All this workout takes is 20 minutes of your time for you to feel and look good. Start doing this today!

*First you will jog on the spot for 5 minutes.*
*Then you will complete each exercise for 3 rounds, 45 sec each with a 15 sec break in between.*

Push-ups.
Squats.
Jumping Jacks.
Tricep Dips.
Lunges.

*Then if you’re up for it after the 20 mins are up, hold a plank for 1 min to end the workout.*
